Hello To All,
Hope All is Well,
As the marketing expert, what do you think the key
components are that a client would consider most important?
Above all else, even great planning, unique concepts, and
interesting branding, the most important thing to any client is what they are
going to get out of your marketing plan. Components like Return on Investment
(ROI) may hang above all else, because the reason why a client would need to
market in the first place is to somehow make more income or establish a new revenue
stream of some sort. Before, during, or even after explaining a marketing
concept that blends together with the client’s vision, I would expect them to
eventually ask, what can we expect to receive from this? The time planning, the
concepts and ideas introduced, the channels selected to carry out the plan, it
all leads to ROI. I think this is primarily the component that clients will
want to know, as well as a marketer, because it measures the overall
effectiveness of what you and the client were able to come up with. As a
client, there is money to be made and plans to be perfected, for a marketer;
there is renown to gain and more clients to impress.
Although it is not essentially a component of a strategy, at
least not a written component, adaptation is extremely important to clients. As
a marketeering expert, especially one that receives clients and works with
them, your expertise needs to augment their vision. Therefore, when a client
provides a vision, it is important to them that a marketer is able to take that
vision and create or combine ideas to make a well-planned marketing strategy.
To explain in a simple way, clients will always want to leave their touch on
anything they decided to do, especially if their company is going to be presented
and connected to the delivery of the strategy, so as a marketer, it is
important to make the vision a reality while including marketing expertise in
the mix.
Thank you for reading,
Joe
